Sasuke sighed as he peeled yet another patch of glue from his chest. He couldn’t, for the life of him, recall the events that had transpired the night before. Last he remembered he was hitting the sake with Orochimaru. Any other time and Sasuke would’ve objected to such an indulgence, but he’d finally mastered the ability to channel the chidori through his chokuto which – after all his intense training – definitely called for a reward. He combed a hand through his hair in an effort to will his memories of the night prior forward, however he wasn’t expecting the onslaught of glitter that fell onto his lap.
“Morning, Sasuke-kun.” Startled, Sasuke looked up to see Orochimaru standing at the doorway of his bedroom, watching him with an amused glint in his eye. Ignoring him, Sasuke peeled a longer strip of glue from his skin, slightly wincing at the sting. Orochimaru chuckled. “Need a hand there?”
“No,” Sasuke said. “You could tell me why I’m covered in glue and glitter, though.” As if to add to his request he gave his scalp another scratch, effectively dislodging another mountain of glitter onto his lap.
Orochimaru tilted his head to the side, his long black hair following suit. He smirked. “I just wanted to decorate you,” he said with a chuckle before turning to leave.
“Next time use glue that’s easier on the skin!”
