A loud bang woke Nami from her sleep. She sat up and similarly saw Robin getting out of her bed.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat was that?\u201d Nami asked as she stood.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m not sure. But we should probably go check it out,\u201d Robin said. Nami nodded and grabbed her robe, slipping it on over her pajamas.<\/p>\n
They met up with the rest of the crew on deck, minus Usopp and Franky; they appeared to be chipper and laughing amongst themselves.<\/p>\n
Nami raised an eyebrow. \u201cIs everything okay? What was that bang?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThat was our idiot captain breaking his bed,\u201d Sanji said. As if he could guess what Nami was going to ask next, he continued. \u201cWe\u2019re out here because Franky said it wouldn\u2019t take long to fix but asked us to wait elsewhere so we weren\u2019t in the way. Usopp\u2019s helping him.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cDo we want to know how Luffy broke the bed?\u201d Nami said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell \u2014,\u201d Luffy started but was quickly kicked in the head by Sanji and fell flat on his back.<\/p>\n
Sanji turned to Nami and Robin and took a puff from his cigarette. \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n
Luffy got back to his feet while rubbing his head. \u201cOw. That hurt, Sanji,\u201d he said, pouting. He was about to say something else but stopped short when he glanced at Nami. He looked her up and down and tilted his head.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat?\u201d Nami asked.<\/p>\n
Luffy approached her and felt the end of her robe sleeve and his eyes widened. \u201cWow! This feels so nice! I want one!\u201d<\/p>\n
Sanji snickered. \u201cThat\u2019s a woman\u2019s dressing gown, Luffy.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cSo?\u201d Luffy said, not getting his point.<\/p>\n
Robin smiled knowingly. \u201cI didn\u2019t think that would faze you, Sanji.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sanji\u2019s cheeks lit up bright red and he shut his mouth. Nami would have to ask Robin for details later on what that was about. She returned her attention to Luffy who was still feeling the sleeve of her silk dressing gown between his fingers. \u201cI have a spare\u2026 I can give it to you for, I don\u2019t know, 5000 Beri?\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cEh!? Stingy Nami!\u201d Luffy said, immediately letting go. He crossed his arms and puffed his cheeks out. \u201cNami gets all the good things.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI have a spare you can have,\u201d Robin said. Luffy cheered.<\/p>\n
Nami turned to her, jaw-dropped. \u201cRobin! You\u2019re meant to help me!\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI am. You\u2019ll see.\u201d Robin turned to Luffy. \u201cCome this way.\u201d With both Luffy and Nami in tow, Robin led them to the ladies\u2019 bedroom.<\/p>\n
Nami watched as Robin went to her wardrobe and withdrew two items of clothing that Nami had never seen her wear. One item was a silk robe but unlike Nami\u2019s pink robe it was more akin to a kimono \u2014 albeit shorter in length, and more revealing, than an actual one. It was green with a red tiger design. The other item she had was a long purple dressing gown that looked to be thick and of velvet material. She held them both up to Luffy.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhich one would you prefer?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n
Luffy\u2019s eyes lit up like he\u2019d won the jackpot. He immediately reached for them both, feeling the difference in the material. \u201cThis one looks and feels really cozy!\u201d he said, bringing the sleeve of the velvet dressing gown to his face. \u201cBut this one has that smooth feeling like Nami\u2019s and has a really cool design!\u201d he said, turning his attention to the kimono-style robe. He nodded to himself like he\u2019d made his decision. \u201cYup. I want this one.\u201d<\/p>\n
Robin handed the kimono-style robe to him and put the velvet one back in her wardrobe.<\/p>\n
\u201cShall I show you the most effective way to wear it?\u201d Robin asked Luffy. Luffy nodded with a grin. Nami frowned, not understanding. The most effective way? For fighting or something else? What was Robin on about? Regardless, Nami remained quiet and observed as Robin instructed Luffy to strip so he was just in his mid-thigh pajama shorts.<\/p>\n
Once Luffy had the robe on, Robin made some quick adjustments. She opened it up at the front to reveal more of Luffy\u2019s chest and pulled it down ensuring it was covering his pajama shorts. Nami had to muffle her snort. She could finally see what Robin was doing. The woman truly was too devious.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd voila! You are good to go,\u201d Robin said, smiling.<\/p>\n
Luffy grinned. \u201cThanks, Robin!\u201d<\/p>\n
Nami smirked. \u201cOh, I think that\u2019s Zoro calling for you, Luffy!\u201d Nami lied through her teeth.<\/p>\n
\u201cOh? I better go. Thanks again, Robin!\u201d Luffy said and walked out of the women\u2019s bedroom.<\/p>\n
Nami and Robin followed behind him and glanced at one another, amused glints in their eyes.<\/p>\n
On deck, only Zoro remained. Nami and Robin opted to stay out of sight as Luffy ran forward to meet him.<\/p>\n
\u201cZoro! What do you think?\u201d Luffy asked, striking a classic hands-on-hips pose with the kimono sitting just right.<\/p>\n
Zoro turned around to face him and his eyes just about popped out of his head. \u201cFuck, Luffy. You look\u2026 You look…\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cEh, Zoro? Your nose is bleeding a little bit,\u201d Luffy said.<\/p>\n
Nami had to stifle her laugh at that. Zoro with a bloody nose? Looks like Sanji wasn\u2019t the only sinful one. There was a first for everything!<\/p>\n
Zoro grabbed hold of Luffy\u2019s hand and pulled him close to his body. \u201cYou\u2019re killing me,\u201d Zoro said into Luffy\u2019s ear. Luffy grinned.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s our cue to leave,\u201d Nami whispered to Robin. Robin nodded and the two quietly made their way back to their shared bedroom.<\/p>\n
Once they were back, Nami laid back on her bed. \u201cThat was amusing, but I don\u2019t see how it\u2019s gonna benefit us,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Robin chuckled. \u201cWait until the morning. You\u2019ll see.\u201d<\/p>\n

The morning came and with it came the results Robin had promised her. She was hounded by Sanji, Usopp, and Franky. They looked up to her with pleading eyes.<\/p>\n
\u201cPlease never let Luffy wear that kimono thing ever again. We will pay you double the amount to burn it!\u201d Sanji said.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt wasn\u2019t me who gave it to him. It was Robin,\u201d Nami said.<\/p>\n
Franky nodded. \u201cShe said to sort it out with you.\u201d<\/p>\n
Nami grinned. Well in that case\u2026 but she was curious. \u201cWhat was so bad about him wearing the kimono-robe? He seemed to really like it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Usopp gulped. \u201cHe wasn\u2019t the only one who really liked it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Oh. That\u2019s right. Zoro. Nami cackled. Just what did Zoro and Luffy subject their poor nakama to exactly? No, on second thoughts, she didn\u2019t want to know. She thanked the pirate king she shared a room with just Robin.<\/p>\n
\u201cOkay. You\u2019ve got yourselves a deal.\u201d<\/p>\n
The three let out simultaneous sighs of relief.<\/p>\n
However, little did they know that Zoro would catch her in the act of stealing the kimono robe back and offer her double what they\u2019d offered if she would let Luffy keep it.<\/p>\n
